Plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted of the crime of burglary. Judgment and sentence followed the jury's verdict, the sentence to be served concurrently with a like sentence pronounced in a companion case herein— Rueda v. People, No. 18757, 348 P.2d 957.
