PER CURIAM.
The action is before the court on writ of error from a judgment of the trial court refusing to modify a property division agreement entered into between the plaintiff wife and defendant husband which became part of a final decree of divorce entered November 5, 1956. We shall refer to the plaintiff in error as husband and the defendant in error as wife.
