This lawsuit grows out of an Order of the Tennessee Public Service Commission, decreeing that Potter Freight Lines, Inc., are authorized to abandon a portion of the certificate of convenience and necessity to operate between Jamestown, Tennessee, and Crossville, Tennessee, and Monterey, Tennessee, serving intermediate points.
