Louis P. Miller, an employee of Highland Company, was riding in a truck owned by the company and driven by Basil Scott, Sr., a fellow employee. The truck collided with an automobile and Miller was injured. Miller's injury arose out of and within the scope of his employment. Miller, his fellow employee, Scott, and the company had accepted the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act and were working and operating thereunder at the time. Miller sued...
