This is an original action in habeas corpus brought by Junior Lloyd Caudill in which he alleges he is being unlawfuly restrained by the Sheriff of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. The cause of said restraint he alleges is an arrest of himself without a warrant as a fugitive from the State of Louisiana by two agents of the Oklahoma Crime Bureau in Perry, Noble County, Oklahoma, on May 14, 1959, without thereafter taking...
