DALTON, Judge.

Defendant was charged and convicted of the offense of buying and receiving, with the intent to defraud, stolen property of the value of over $50, knowing that said property had been stolen, and he was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment in the State Penitentiary. See Section 560.270 RSMo [Laws 1955, p. 509]; Section 560.161 RSMo [Laws 1957, p. 374], V.A.M.S. He has appealed and here contends that the court erred in overruling his motion for judgment...
