Sims, a feme sole, of Dallas County, Texas, filed suit in the District Court of Marion County, Texas, against defendant appellant Odie Mae Haggard, a widow, weeking to reform two Warranty Deeds which she had executed to W. E. Haggard, now deceased, and against John Messenger, a lease holder.
