This is a workmen's compensation case involving a back injury. Plaintiff-appellee received an injury to his back while working for Shell Oil Company in Wood County, Texas, on October 24, 1957. A little more than seven months thereafter he filed his claim for compensation with the Industrial Accident Board in which he made claim for the October 24, 1957 injury and an injury on March 3, 1958.
