This is a venue action which concerns Sections 5, 9, and 29a of Article 1995, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes. Plaintiffs, Cornelius Kroll and Lionel Kroll, partners in raising cattle, sued Ed W. Collins in Frio County for breach of a written contract by which Collins agreed to buy and pay for several hundred cattle. Alternatively they sued Collins for conversion of the cattle.
