Plaintiff, Doyle London, sued C. L. Curlee for the enforcement of a warranty Curlee made on fertilizer he sold plaintiff. The case was tried before the court and after judgment for defendant the court made findings of all material facts against the plaintiff. Plaintiff urges that the undisputed evidence supports his contention that defendant warranted that the difference between the value of production on cotton and grain grown on the fertilized ground...
