HOLT, Justice.

Appellant, Lawrence Gene Moore, was found guilty by a jury of the crime of murder in the first degree while attempting burglary, and his punishment fixed at death in the electric chair. From the judgment comes this appeal. For reversal the appellant contends that the evidence was not sufficient to support the verdict and the verdict is "contrary to the law and the evidence."
