TOMLINSON, Justice.

The Chancellor, in exercising a discretion vested in him by statute, allowed Anthony an appeal from the decree overruling his demurrer.

There is a motion to strike the single assignment of error on the ground that it is so general, skimpy, indefinite and uninformative as to violate Rule 14(1) of this Court. The Court has elected to dispose of the appeal on its merits.
