On February 5, 1957, a Jeep truck driven by plaintiff, Marie Dahlin, was involved in a collision southwest of Havre, Montana, with a truck-tanker assembly owned by defendant, Rice Truck Lines, which was hauling gasoline. Plaintiff brought suit against defendant in her own name for injuries sustained as a result of the collision.
