Plaintiff in error Ben Gamble hereinafter called the defendant, was convicted of violating Ch. 339, Private Acts of 1909, and fined $50. He has appealed and assigned 13 alleged errors.

The issues the Court is requested to determine are (1) the constitutionality of said Private Act; (2) whether or not the indictment charges an offense; (3) whether or not the resolutions providing rules and regulations...
