CHRISTENSON, District Judge.

Interpretation of a written contract of the parties relating to their respective interests in certain State of New Mexico oil and gas leases is involved in this case, which is jurisdictionally founded upon the diversity of their citizenship and the requisite amount in controversy. The trial court resolved the dispute by construing the contract favorably to the appellee's contention.
