THE COURT.

Plaintiffs owned and occupied as their home the property which adjoined a vacant lot on which appellant as a contractor conducted grading operations. These included dumping loose dirt from a height of 50 or 60 feet. The dust raised by appellant in these operations damaged plaintiffs' real and personal property, for which the court awarded plaintiffs a judgment of $1,500.
