YOUNG, Justice.

This suit was on quantum meruit for value of services allegedly rendered by appellant to Upfiled and other appellees in procurement of third party contacts whereby financial assistance was made available to Upfiled, thus enabling the latter to establish a factory plaint in the Dallas area. A trial to the court resulted in a defendant's judgment on findings of fact and conclusions of law; plaintiff duly appealing.
