Three of several persons convicted as co-conspirators have appealed from their conviction, but only two of them have appeared in this Court. The third has done nothing to indicate the ground of his appeal.

The principal question raised by one of the appellants is the sufficiency of the evidence, while the principal question raised by the other who appeared in this Court, is the admission of a written confession of a co-conspirator...
