Southwestern Public Service Company, a private electric power corporation, appellee herein, condemned a 50-foot easement across adjacent property of appellants. Ernest R. Kendall and George Caddell. Condemnor was dissatisfied with the award of the Commissioners and appealed to the County Court at Law of Potter County. The court tried the cases together.
