On April 14, 1959, a decree was entered in favor of the respondents, George J. and Rose C. Rubbelke, against Dorothy Ann Aebli. In substance the decree found the Rubbelkes to be the owners in fee simple of a house and lot in St. Louis County. In connection with the finding of the respondent-plaintiffs' ownership, the court found that the defendant Aebli claimed some interest in the property "as straw party and in trust for the plaintiffs" and...
