In the early morning of December 30, 1958, Joseph Panczko was apprehended in the garage of Edward Koniecki. When he was apprehended, he had a screwdriver in his right hand. A brace and bit, not belonging to Koniecki, was found close to Panczko in the garage. Panczko was tried before a jury in the criminal court of Cook County and found guilty...
