This is an original application for a writ of habeas corpus to this court. In accordance with Article 119, Vernon's Ann.C.C.P. the facts were developed on a hearing in Criminal District Court No. 3, of Dallas County, after which the relator was remanded to the custody of the sheriff of Dallas County pending final disposition thereof.

Relator contends that the trial judge failed to admonish him at the time he entered his plea of guilty...
