This is a workmen's compensation case. Both the Trial Referee and the full Commission disallowed the claim of Mr. Moseley; the Circuit Court affirmed the Commission; and this appeal resulted. The real issue is whether there is substantial evidence to support the finding of the Commission; and we conclude that there is.
