The narrow question upon which this appeal will be decided is whether under § 301 of the Taft-Hartley Act, 29 U.S. C.A. § 185, the court below had jurisdiction of an action brought by the union to recover wages allegedly due individual employees, figured at the rates and under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the union and the employer.
