This is a suit by appellees seeking reformation of a deed. The lower court granted the relief which appellees sought and this appeal followed.

On February 14, 1944, C. E. Mills (now deceased) and the appellant, David R. Mc-Cullough, entered into a written contract for the purchase of 480 acres of land in Logan County.
