This is the second appeal by the plaintiffs from a jury verdict of no cause of action for the death of the family mother, Mrs. Lucille Joseph, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant hospital. On the former appeal the case was remanded for a new trial because of the exclusion of evidence pertaining to data upon the hospital records.1 That evidence was admitted during the subsequent trial...
