Plaintiff, a guest passenger in a fellow employee's car, brought an action to recover for personal injuries sustained by him when a collision occurred on the north half of an east-west highway between the westbound automobile in which plaintiff was a guest passenger and the eastbound automobile driven by defendant Booth. The point of collision was on West Long Lake road approximately 1/4 mile east of its intersection with Middlebelt road in Oakland county...
