The petitioner brought his petition for a writ of habeas corpus before the Windsor County Court. The petitioner alleges that Frank Moses, a minor, is imprisoned and unlawfully restrained of his liberty in the House of Correction in Windsor, Vermont, by virtue of a mittimus issued by the Lamoille Municipal Court on the 17th day of February, 1959.
