Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with a violation of the Uniform Narcotic Drug Act as defined in Section 204.2 of the 1954 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. On a plea of guilty, he was sentenced under the indeterminate sentence law, and pursuant to our decision in the case of Masteller v. Board of Control of State Institutions, Iowa, 100 N.W.2d 111, he was recalled from the State Penitentiary and re-sentenced...
