Plaintiff Beineke obtained a judgment for $30,000 against the Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis, Missouri, and William Cunningham for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained as the result of the defendants' negligence. Both defendants appealed to this court seeking a reversal of the judgement.
