Raymond Lee Mills was convicted on each of four counts of an indictment charging him with participation in the armed robbery of the Central Bank of Howard County, Clarksville, Maryland. Indicted as codefendants were Raymond's wife, Marjorie Viola Mills, and Glen Wallace O'Dell.
