This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of certain of appellant's claims, copied from Patent 2,765,685 for "Wire Stripper" in order to provoke an interference. The rejection is on the ground that the claims are not supported by appellant's disclosure in his application Ser. No. 628,920, filed December 17, 1956, entitled "Insulation Stripping Applicator."
