This suit arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on February 10, 1958 at the intersection of U. S. Highway 190 and the Albany-Springfield Highway, which is located in the town of Albany in the Parish of Livingston. The plaintiff, Mrs. Baham, was injured while a guest passenger in an automobile driven by her daughter, the defendant, Mrs. Stilley. The latter's husband, who was also a passenger in the automobile, carried liability insurance...
