Plaintiff Decker, the injured driver, and plaintiff Plymouth Oil Company, the owner of the car, brought separate actions of trespass on the case in the Oakland county circuit court against defendant Ralph L. Wofford, owner and operator of a dump truck. The cases were consolidated for trial. A jury returned verdicts of no cause of action in both cases.
