Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by a county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, contrary to the provisions of Section 321.281 of the 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A.
