The appellant was defendant below in a suit brought by husband and wife, appellees, which resulted in a jury verdict for the plaintiffs. From the record it appears that in December 1956 the plaintiff, Louise Rosenquist, sustained injuries as a result of falling on stairs immediately inside the door at the service department entrance of defendant's store in West Palm Beach.
