Dave Harris departed this life July 17, 1957. At the time he was an employee of Winters Hardwood Dimension Company, Inc., one of the appellants. Harris' widow, on behalf of herself and her three children, instituted this proceeding under the Mississippi Workmen's Compensation Act to procure an award for such dependents.
