This is an action by the owner of the working interest in an oil and gas lease against the original lessor and an over-riding royalty owner to recover a proportionate part of the cost of operating a compressor unit necessary to deliver gas from two producing wells into the purchaser's pipe line on the lease, 330 feet from the wells. Defendants move for summary judgment based on the pleadings, admissions and stipulations.
