This is the decision on plaintiff wife's petition for annulment on the ground that her husband was incurably physically impotent within the meaning of 13 Del.Code, § 1551.

Plaintiff was married to defendant on October 18, 1957, in New Castle County. After the marriage, defendant was unable to have sex relations with his wife. In order to remedy this condition, defendant sought medical advice and assistance. Dr. Henri F. Wendel testified...
