In this suit Spencer E. Pipes and his wife, Mrs. Irene Pipes, sued for damages, naming as defendants herein George W. Malone and his liability insurer, Northern Insurance Company of New York. This case is one of three consolidated in the trial court, which arose from an automobile collision on August 3, 1957, at the intersection of Highland Avenue and Jordan Street in Shreveport, Louisiana.
