Vincent R. Fulco and his wife brought this suit to obtain judgment for medical expenses and damages for personal injuries of Mrs. Fulco occasioned by an automobile accident in Shreveport on the morning of July 31, 1957. When injured Mrs. Fulco was a guest in an automobile operated by Mrs. Helen Branum, whose insurer, Lumbermen's Mutual Casualty Company, was named defendant herein.
