Appellant Sinclair Pipe Line Company brought condemnation proceedings for pipe line right of way across property belonging to appellees Matilda P. Peters and husband, Sam Fox Peters, in the county court of Montgomery County. The petition therefor was filed by appellant with the county judge of the county on March 8, 1957. By written order of the same date the county judge appointed three commissioners, each of whom executed his oath on that date...
