This is an appeal by Paul Heartsill and Claud C. Arnold, plaintiffs in error, defendants below. They were charged by information in the District Court of Carter County, Oklahoma, with the crime of conspiracy to defraud the State of Oklahoma. 21 O.S. 1951 § 424.
