Appellant brought this suit for a divorce and for a division of community property. She joined appellee Cohrs upon allegations to the effect that he held a certain tract of land designated as Item 10 in her original petition, in trust for the community, and also alleged that he had joined her husband in practicing a fraud on her community interest. She prayed for the establishment of her interest in the tract of land and also for damages for the fraud...
