HOLT, Justice.

This cause of action arose in 1952 when appellants took possession of the land involved. David and Corah Young (brother and sister) inherited the 80 acres of land here from their grandmother, Melvina Reed, who died intestate in 1938. They were her sole surviving heirs and each inherited an undivided one-half interest in the land as tenants in common. David did not live on the land after his grandmother's death. He moved to different parts of the country...
