This was an action instituted on behalf of a minor, Maura Rodriguez, by and on behalf of her mother and next friend, Anita Rodriguez, against the Cascade Laundry Company, a Missouri corporation, and Arthur Borden, a resident of Missouri, as defendants, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained as the result of the negligent operation of one of the corporation's laundry trucks...
