This is a suit in tort for damages resulting from the death of Mervin O. Bookter. The petitioners are the major children of deceased, namely, Edward O. Bookter, Mrs. Hortense Bookter Courtney, Mrs. Ada Bookter Migliore and Mrs. Almedia Bookter Lester. The defendants are Felton Mack, who was driving the truck which hit deceased, his employer, Kalmbach-Burckett Company, Inc., and its liability insurer, Standard Accident Insurance Company of Detroit...
