James T. Herren, hereinafter called claimant, filed his claim for compensation against Oklahoma Planning and Resources Board and its insurance carrier, the State Insurance Fund, and under date of July 24, 1957, claimant was awarded 80 per cent permanent partial disability to the body as a whole due to an accidental injury received May 31, 1956.
