John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, insurer, sued Anne Brennan to cancel a mortgage redemption policy issued upon the life of Joseph P. Brennan, the deceased insured. Brennan died September 9, 1957, just a few months after the policy was issued. According to the death certificate, asthma caused his death.
