Hoffman, deceased, in trespass to try title for certain lands in Smith County, Texas and for cancellation of a purported power of attorney and conveyance of ½ of the minerals in and under said lands from Anderson Tolbert, Sr., deceased, to P. A. Hoffman, dated March 19, 1940, on the ground of forgery and other stated grounds....
